"Brian is one of the most educated people I've ever met in the psychology field. He's not only mastered the theory, but has put everything you need to know into a successful practice. Working with him has changed the way I view myself, my work, and my relationship to the world. If you're thinking of working with Brian, I couldn't recommend him enough."

"Brian's still my first phone call when I find myself needing guidance. Every time I speak with him, I leave the conversation with more clarity. His teaching comes from real experience. The dude has lived a lot of life and has the scars and wisdom to prove it. Brian is a true healer of the mind and soul."
Common complaints and their root...Which one is you?
“I don’t know what to do with my life” (Lack of purpose and direction)
“I can’t get a date” (Zero insight into Masculine/Feminine Polarity)
"I don’t have a strong community” (No clue how to be vulnerable)
“I don’t have the time” (No discernment or personal boundaries)
“I feel like shit all the time” (No insight into the mind-body connection)
Common traps and their root...Where are you trapped?
Addiction (Unprocessed trauma and/or dopamine receptors are fried)
Superficial Self-Help (No idea where to start and addicted to fantasy)
Forms of Escape: TV, social media, meaningless sex, video games, pornography, etc. (Fear)
Hamster wheel and “goes nowhere” dating (Lost in Attachment Wounds)
Endless therapy (Dissociation from the Body)
I know these challenges are significant. I know you've felt lost. But don't worry friend—I've been there, I got through it all, and I'm here to help you...
In 2013 I was stuck on a hedonistic rollercoaster of pleasure seeking.
In 2014 I found recovery and became obsessed with personal development reading 70+ books in a year.
In 2015 I became a professional actor, working opposite A-list actors on the biggest television shows in history, and doing commercials for the biggest brands in the world.
In 2016 I started coaching, having now coached 100+ clients.
In 2020 I went to grad school, got a masters in pyschology, and obtained 2,000+ hours of clinical experience (and counting) as a therapist.
Here's my story...
At 20 years old I was emotionally, physically, and spiritually broken.Stuck on a roller coaster of pleasure-seeking, my life was a hedonistic stranglehold of late nights and long mornings. With a heavy spirit, I cried myself to sleep with the words "I hate you Brian" echoing in my head...Have you been here before? Disconnected, distraught, and down bad?Have you woken up and immediately wished you hadn't?I have, I know that feeling well.I did not know it at the time, but my “failure” at 20 was the very thing that turned me on to my heart’s calling.I ended up at a wilderness therapy program in Hawaii. For 5 months I had no phone, no internet, no connection to my previous life.It worked and over the next 10 years I became obsessed with personal development, human nature, and transformation.I felt free, confident, and connected.I believed I could do anything I set my mind to.So, I moved to LA to be an actor and was in the business for five years.I co-starred in some of the biggest television shows in history.I worked opposite A-listers.I did commercials for the biggest brands in the world.I wrote and produced my own film. Now, most actors work at a restaurant while they pursue auditions.I knew this wasn’t for me, financially I was in a decent spot, and I had a bunch of time on my hands.I reflected on my transformation and decided "maybe I can help another do the same?"I had no idea life-coaches existed, but I reached out to a non-profit that focused on mentoring at-risk youth.I shared my story and asked if they knew anyone that needed mentorship. Thus began my coaching career.8 years later, I have now worked with 100+ clients.I’ve led men's retreats, paid tens of thousands of dollars in courses/training, and became obsessed with giving back.I loved the work but it didn’t take long to see that the coaching space is full of bad actors (pun intended).Manipulation, spiritual narcissism, and addiction to power are at the heart of this non-regulated economic space. Many coaches are underqualified, they possess no clear boundary within the coach-client relationship, and their ethics are fuzzy.I saw people being taken advantage of emotionally, spiritually, and financially.Rightfully, this angered me, so I went to graduate school to gain a better understanding of the ethics behind the helping professions.Coaching felt ugly to me, so I set out to become a therapist.I learned a ton, helped a lot of people, but it ultimately didn’t register.Again, I was disillusioned. The things that helped me (and the clients I had worked with) the most were not emphasized in traditional therapy. It was bizarre, but again, it ultimately became a gift.I graduated last April and decided I could take both skill sets (therapy/coaching) and fuse them together. My therapeutic training made me a hell of a better coach and helped me understand the ethical responsibility of this work. Now, in considering hiring a coach or buying a product, there are important questions to ask yourself. Not only should you have a clear understanding of what someone is selling, but more importantly, you should be clear on who is selling it.What is their experience? What sets them apart? And how do they approach business ethics?Allow me to introduce myself…I’m a flawed human, who knows pain, suffering, and failure.I’m a flawed human, who knows joy, success, and a good life.My name’s Brian and I’m a professional human.I have a massive array of tools and I'm so fortunate to be able to share them with my community.

No fucking around—this course holds the tools and framework I use to embody natural well being. You don't have to spend hours in a room under fluorescent lights to get the benefits of therapy. In fact, many of the most beneficial aspects of therapy take place outside of the therapy room. The goal of therapy is to improve your quality of life outside of therapy.Somatic Psychology is my favorite way to do that.It creates a container for what's adaptive and available in the relationship with your body (Soma is the Greek word for body). Here's the thing though, Somatic Psychology is not fitness. It is not health and wellness and it is not nutrition. These are obviously incredibly important, but they barely scratch the surface of what your body is capable of.Did you know that you can create a body oriented practice that helps you listen to your subconscious?Did you know that the collective unconscious can be entered through your body?Did you know the body is designed to move autonomously, releasing deep layers of stress unlocking your energy in the process?Everyone who hears this teaching has some degree of resistance or objection to it—due to decades of conditioning into the typical way of seeing things.Understandable.This work can be confronting, but to enter the portal of your new life, it's important to understand where you're stuck.Your relationship to your body holds the key that will make you unstuck.
You'll learn the fundamentals of the Somatic Psychology approach. I'll take you deeper in understanding:🔸 The central nervous system
🔸 New wave healing
🔸 The key to understanding trauma
🔸 The ideology behind some of the best somatic practices in the world
🔸 How mirroring nature helps us in Somatic Psychology
You're gonna learn the skill stack that can turn you into a good Somatic practitioner.I'll give you the exact practices I utilize daily (video and PDF form). You're gonna learn when to use them. You're gonna learn that your baseline for how good you can feel has been completely off. You're gonna learn how to unlock how your creative energy that is currently stuck in your body and you're gonna learn how to harness it.Most importantly, you're gonna learn that living the good life is a lot easier than you think. All you gotta do is play for the home team (your body).I'm here to teach you how to do it.

I've Got Answers
Be sure you're making the right decision
Q: I tried somatic work before and it didn't work. How will this be any different?A: Somatic work is not about reaching a destination. When it's used like a treatment—to fix something that's broken—the approach is faulty.Your body possesses nature's intelligence and holds the secret to healing. The goal of this product is to turn you onto that innate intelligence.
Q: What's the difference between Somatic Psychology and other wellness services?A: Somatic Psychology is very different from wellness, fitness, and health services. The goal of the work is to access the body in ways that extend beyond the superficial and into the survival mechanisms of the body and nervous system. It is designed to help you access deeper orientations of your brain (mammalian and lizard brain).
Q: I don't have time for frequent practice or study. Can I still benefit?A: Actually, you're exactly who this course is for. I'm going to train you to enjoy the benefits of somatic work without the costly time and financial investment of traditional therapy.
Q: Do I have to have experience with somatic work before I start?A: No. Prior experience has pros and cons. The teachings and methods I will present are tailored to beginners; you don't need to know anything in advance.
Q: I don't care about optimizing my body, I'm more interested in the mind. Is this course still for me?A: Yes. Science confirms again and again the truth about the connection between mind and body. Whatever you're interested in, Somatic Psychology will help you do it more easily and effectively.
Q: What exactly can I do with what I'll learn in this course?A: When you release stress from your body, you find satisfaction and ease in your life. This keeps you ready to perform at your best in all situations and settings. This enables:🔹 Better decision-making
🔹 Better conversations
🔹 Better management
🔹 Better productivity
🔹 Better friendships
🔹 Better leadership
🔹 Better creativity
🔹 Better exercise
🔹 Better learningSomatic work is a cheat code for life.
Q: Can this course replace therapy?A: No. Therapy is treatment. This product is educational only. If you are suffering (or think you might be suffering) symptoms of mental disorder, I strongly recommend you seek clinical treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
Q: Can this course be taken alongside therapy?A: Yes, but it will be up to you and your therapist to assess its suitability.
